Zaeth struggling with executive dysfunction is very important to me. Him not being able to think things through the same way as other people makes a lot of his decisions make sense. I think as well, his carelessness is somewhat deliberate, as a way to protect himself from having to acknowledge the very real struggles he is having. He has Ghorse and a planner now, but an emotional support animal and rigorous schedule do not fix executive dysfunction.
