Good evening, my sista witches.

Tonight’s New Moon is not asking us to reinvent ourselves overnight.

It is asking us to come home to ourselves.

To clear some of the emotional noise.

To protect our peace.

And to decide what we want our homes, hearts, and lives to feel like moving forward.

You do not need anything elaborate.

Gather what feels right:

One white candle

A small bowl of clean water

A pinch of salt

Chamomile, lemon balm, rosemary, or another comforting herb

Paper and a pen

Optional: a key, shell, or small object that represents home

Clear one small surface.

Not the whole house.

We are not turning a New Moon ritual into another cleaning project.

Place the bowl of water in front of your candle.

Add the salt and herbs to the water.

On your paper, write:

What am I ready to stop carrying?

Name one fear, worry, habit, or emotional weight that has been following you around.

Then write:

What do I want to feel more of inside my life and home?

Peace.

Protection.

Stability.

Clarity.

Rest.

Belonging.

Whatever is true for you.

Fold the paper toward yourself and place it beneath the bowl.

Light your candle and say:

I release what keeps me unsettled.

I welcome peace into my home, clarity into my mind, and protection around everything I love.

May what begins here be steady, honest, and good for me.

Sit quietly for a few minutes.

No forced meditation.

No waiting for a dramatic sign.

Just breathe, listen, and let yourself mean what you said.

When you are finished, extinguish the candle safely.

The next morning, pour the water outside near your doorway or at the base of a healthy plant.

Keep your folded petition somewhere private until the next New Moon.
