So, isn't Jinx's tattoo the thingy Vi gave her to call her when she was young??

if you look closely at the scene the blue smoke that comes from that thing is drawn the same way her tattoo is tattoed, the pic is not rlly good but ykwim. I think maybe this is a metaphor abt Jinx needing Vi but not allowing herself to really call her?? So she has the smoke tattoed because she want's to, but she doesn't want to leave Silco, she doesn't want to feel weak or that Vi leaves her again. Or just simply that the character design is complementing this scene that is one of the most important ones for Jinx's character. Maybe it can also be because her name was Powder and yk is like blue powder/smoke, or like the smoke of a bomb; that are her personally weapon as a character.
