I have been silent for a while. But writers never stop writing. It just means taking a step back and reflecting. Reflect on our life and what matters most. 2015, is definitely a year of manifestation and clarity and with everything that had happened in the past couple of years, I’m pretty excited what 2016 will bring... Bring it on!

Calling all the broken and damaged goods 

The ones who are always misunderstood

The ones who were branded bad and mad

And never really knew the goodness they had

Are you lonely and depressed?

It’s because your family is causing you distress

You’re the toxic trash bin that’s thoroughly used

Psychologically and emotionally abused 

Then you were told not to feel

So you never got to heal

Yes, your emotions need to be heard 

Also validated, trust me, it’s not absurd

I know sometimes you want to disappear

But hang tight, one day the clouds will clear

Just take it a day at a time

Baby steps, whatever makes you feel fine

And if you need to talk

I will be here to help you walk

Know that you are not alone
