What new shenanigans are we up to over here this week? Embroidery kits! I’m getting ready to pack up some trinkets and table at an art market this weekend. Embroidery art itself - as anyone who sees the regular daily updates here can guess - is an extraordinarily labor-intensive art form. The sheer number of hours that go into a single piece would make them cost-prohibitive, even if I COULD bring myself to ever let them go.
But what’s a bit more accessible? DIY kits! So I’ll be bringing a collection of embroidery kits featuring my designs and everything needed to stitch them up. Along with that, I’m gonna add a few basic tutorials. So if you’re seeing this after buying a kit: welcome to the party! I hope one day I get to see your interpretation of my designs!
