hakuna matata*

trying to win a round of dietbet by monday or tuesday morning. i have to lose two pounds and it’s all consuming. i definitely can’t do it but i’m going to try because i could win a good chunk of $$$.

i have my bridal shower given to me by my now passed mother in law tomorrow so how am i going to get through the day without copious amounts of drinking???

i am very excited to buy (& eventually eat) all the discounted reese’s eggs on monday. 

my brain can’t process that spring is actually here. i think i need another few months of winter to sleep and hibernate. i’m so tired.

i saw beauty & the beast on wednesday and while i am so in love with emma watson, i did not appreciate all the little changes they made and overall feel very meh about it.  i did have a massive breakdown when the characters “died” at the end of the movie…definitely hit a nerve and i was sobbing hysterically in the theater. it’s the weird little things, right?

i’m heavily procrastinating doing my annual self-assessment for work. ugh, those things are the woooorst. work too.

as the world’s weakest silver lining (things are so bad that i’m grasping for straws here?) of joe’s mom passing away, we now are using their second car as our car. it’s so weird that we like, have a car now. it was so great because we left for syracuse yesterday and it was so easy and there was no renting a car or going to CT to get a car and … i feel so adult with it. i looooove it. (i don’t love the $$ we are paying as we speak to get work done on it, but what are you going to do.)

the sun is shining and i am about to eat lunch, go for a run, do a little bit of shopping, and then go hang out with joe’s nieces & newphew & siblings & dad this evening…but in the meantime, all i want to do is this:
