my favorite scene from the games
Pitch: a muppet movie where the muppets play D&D, and it cuts between the muppets around the table and the fantasy being acted out, but instead of it just being the muppets dressed up in D&D fantasy costume, it's celebrity actors but the muppets do the voices, and the actors have to act how those muppets would. Imagine a barbarian played by Jason Mamoa voiced by Miss Piggy.
uterus: Guurl, you're ❌NOT❌ pregnant🎉💃
me hunched over in agony: This... could have been... an email

to remember how many feet there are in a mile, u just gotta use 5 tomatoes
five to-mate-oes sounds like five, two, eight, 0 and there’s 5280 feet in a mile
To remember how many meters there are in a kilometre you just remember “1000” because the system of measurement in the rest of the world wasn’t invented by a drunk mathematician rolling dice.
To flush a toilet you only have to do it once because toilets outside Germany don’t have a weird little poop shelf in them.
Disney Facial Expressions
this person was animated by someone on too much caffeine with a huge love of lip sync, teeth, and a healthy disregard for how real peoples move because life is better exaggerated especially when you’re dropping facts
so what I’m saying is you’re all wrong this woman is a Don Bluth character
emily is also hard of hearing! she over-exaggerates everything from the way her mouth moves to her facial expressions because she herself had to learn to pick up these cues and lip-read from a young age.
she’s openly expressed that she knows people find this uncomfortable, but she doesn’t give two shits because honestly? who’s at the disadvantage? no one! not only do her tiktoks always have closed captions, but she exudes a very magnetic aura that makes anyone feel happy, and she’s a good laugh at that. she’s one of my favourite creators specifically because of her integrity and transparency - she’s unapologetic about who she is, what she likes and what she cares about.
re-reblogging because this is so interesting and to confirm that this is one of my favourite human beings to watch forever now <3
this is so eda😭

somebody said ed feat. tony-hawk-syndrome and I very much agree
I tried to find something about this to reblog and share, but I didn't see anything so I wanted to put this out there. More than 1000 authors have all signed a petition to stand in solidarity with trans rights and essentially condemning J.K. Rowling's TERF views.
This includes Stephen King (which coincides with his Twitter drama with Rowling from before), Margaret Atwood, Neil Gaiman, and more big names in the industry.
Look at those beautiful trans supportive authors!
The Google doc with the letter and a list of the authors who signed it can be found here:
This is a letter of support for the trans and non-binary community from publishing professionals of the United States and Canada. It is a co
Here is a link to an LA Times article:
Between 1,500 and 2,000 members of the North American literary world signed an open letter offering support to trans and nonbinary communiti
And here is a link to the Guardian article:
With more than 1,200 signatories the US and Canada including Neil Gaiman and NK Jemisin, message follows row over comments by JK Rowling
I thought, given all the sincere disappointment I've heard from people who loved her books, at least this gives you an alternative source.
Trans rights are human rights!
What do you think the Lazarus Pit tastes like? Cause I'm thinking lime, which begs the question, why hasn't Ra's taken advantage of it?
Lime flavored Lazarus Pit slushes, popsicles, and sodas all to keep you both alive and cool! He could make a fortune!
That jump is the funniest shit
it took me a LONG time to work out that this is “life on a boat” and not like, “physics just said fuck you today”
So THAt’s what sailors mean by sea legs
something about reference frames
there’s a reason traditional sailing vessels had hammocks instead of bunk beds.
would u rather fight a buff nerd or a jock who listens to jazz
things to remember:
nerd has a lot of pent-up anger, might pretend you are his dad
because of the jock’s exposure to jazz music, his attack patterns and movements are a lot less predictable
Posts That Changed The World
Ok, so I can’t claim to have fought a jock who listens to jazz (I have fought a track kid who listens to trap and country tho) but I HAVE fought a buff nerd. The secret is to take him by surprise. Nerds have a lot of experience with tactic games such as D&D, so he knows how to leverage his strength against you. 9 times out of 10 when I’ve fought a buff nerd I lost - the moment he gets his hands around your wrists or his weight on top of you, it’s over. BUT! When I won, it was always by doing something unpredictable. My most decisive victory was made by making it look like I was backing off/gonna run away, then bull-rushing him and tackling him to the ground, using my own weight to pin him so he couldn’t get up. So there’s half the equation!
dude youre literally the jazz jock

According to my brother, the camera operators are told in advance when they're going to be cut to or at least given a heads-up, so this guy assumed he was safe to use his camera basically as a pair of binoculars bc he wasn't supposed to get the focus. But the person who was switching between camera feeds accidentally cut to his camera by mistake instead of the one that was supposed to be filming, so they ended up televising what was supposed to me one man's private cockroach observation moment.
