Actually, Europe does have laws against loitering. They’ve been around since the Middle Ages. They’re laws against vagrancy. They just only usually get enforced against poor &/ homeless &/ black and brown people &/ people taking part in street protests.

Also be unapologetically disabled with mobility aids and wearable medical devices and stim toys and ear defenders and all that stuff. You need it. People need to see it.
