When these codes are the same, it’s not a band brand pill vs generic pill, where there are minor difference in manufacturing or inactive ingredients. When these codes are the same, it’s the exact same pill, manufactured in the exact same lab by the exact same pharma company. When these codes are the same, what that means is that two different companies buy the same exact product from the pharma co and RE-SELL them with minor differences in the packing/shipping processes.
