if you're having trouble sleeping the best you can do is put a bright object close to your face and look at it for at least 30 minutes. if that doesn't work you can close your eyes but make sure to think really hard about a bunch of bullshit

Fascists are cowards who depend on the power of rules to defend themselves while they attempt to terrorize others.

The "rule of law" is a lie and a cruel joke and always has been. The law cannot rule, it is just a tool. The results of its use follow the character of its wielders.

I have something to suggest

they won't tell you this in therapy but sometimes the best way to stop catastrophizing/anxiety is to interrupt your spiraling with "girl what the hell are you talking about"

it's scary the amount of people who wholeheartedly believe that men and women are fundamentally different creatures
