[Hajime Hinata x Nagito Komaeda]
Today I didn’t have any classes so I was taking a stroll through the school’s grounds. It was peaceful and relaxing. No one was there to annoy me or ask for favours. I’m not sure why my classmates trust me so much, I’m not that important or special. I ask, but its always the same response; ‘you’re a dependable person’. I’m not entirely sure if that’s true, but it gets annoying after while since everyone wants to dump their problems on me. Thats why I like it when I don’t have classes, I don’t have to listen to what my classmates want.
Suddenly, I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was Nagito sitting on the grass. There was something on his hand and something in his hair. As I got closer, I realised that they were butterflies. Butterflies were fluttering around him, clinging to his hair and clothes. The boy had a soft expression displayed on his face as he gently held the small butterfly in his hand. I approached quietly, but accidentally snapped a twig with my foot, making a loud noise. Nagito’s face became panicked as he looked around.
“Hey, its just me,” I said as I appeared and walked over to him. Nagito sighed as I sat next to him.
“What’re you doing here, Hinata-Kun?” He asked curiously.
“Getting away from our class,” I replied, “what about you?”
Nagito became quiet as he stared at the butterfly in his hand. A blush appeared on his face as he spoke, “I really like butterflies, and this part of the school’s garden is where most of them appear.”
“They seem to like you too,” I said with a giggle as I watched the small creatures sit comfortably in his hair. Nagito smiled and held out his hand with the butterfly on it. I held out my own hand and the bug flew from his hand to mine. The butterfly’s wings had a beautiful pattern, the colours a mix of green and yellow. I stared at it with a small smile as it sat on my palm.
“It feels nice, doesn’t it Hinata-Kun?” Asked the white haired boy happily as I nodded, “if you want, we can visit the butterflies together.”
“What do you mean?” I asked, a little confused.
“Whenever neither of us have classes, we can sit here and relax,” he explained. I blushed bright red and smiled.
