autism is so cool man. i can say something innocuous and completely true at work, like 'mackerel is a top tier fish', and people get giggly and tell me I'm so funny. what's funny about a nice firm fish with a subtle, almost earthy flavor? not sure. but people are offering me other objects and I can tell them if they're top tier or not. very fun.
You don't have to laugh at "girl math" or "girl dinner" or "I'm just a girl" jokes. You don't have to laugh at misogynistic humor that demeans women. You don't have to go along with it. You don't even have to sit there awkwardly pretending you didn't hear anything. You are allowed to speak up and say something.
You don't have to be a jerk about it. The most effective yet civil way of dealing with harmful "humor" is just pretending you don't get the joke and asking them to explain. "I don't get it, what's girl math? What's a girl dinner? What do you mean by you're just a girl? Can you explain the joke to me?"
And if you're feeling bold, you can just say (or follow up with) "I think that's misogynistic". That's allowed. You don't have to quietly endure misogynistic "jokes", you can call a spade a spade.

Part of a scene that is basically my interpretation of that conversation scene on Janus.
Heinrix scowled at her as he imperiously waved the other members of her retinue away. Kark what does he want now? Ana thought. She was tired, covered in blood and viscera and the mocking laughter of daemonettes still echoed in her ears.
Abelard stubbornly glared at Heinrix before casting a sidelong glance at Ana. She nodded to him and placed her hand on the hilt of her sword. Satisfied, Abelard continued on with the rest.
Kibellah however, was not as eager to leave her Domin’s side. Ana could have ordered her to leave with the others and, after some protest perhaps, she would have but the Lord Captain motioned for her to follow anyway. She didn’t anticipate Heinrix wanting to harm her but if he did he now had two dangerous foes to contend with, three including the psyber-raven currently perched upon her shoulder.
Heinrix motioned her to the side and she followed. “If you have something to say, spit it out now and get it over with.” Ana responded tiredly.
Heinrix barely even acknowledged the death cultist as his gaze fixed firmly on Ana, disapproval and even alarm on his face.
“Rogue Trader, I need an explanation, what are you doing? No, that’s not even the right question, do you realize what you are doing here? You do realize that leaving an Imperial world in the hands of xenos is in violation of every law and principle of the Imperium? You’re helping to create a hotbed of heresy on your own planet!”
“And furthermore….” He continued, clearly not finished with his exasperating explanation, “your new companion is a member of a dangerous breed of xenos known for their duplicity and cunning. It would be a mistake to place any trust in her facade of complicity.”
For a brief moment Ana simply stared at him dumbly in disbelief. Did he not just voice his own reluctant approval at her choice to allow the Farseer and his people remain on the planet a few moments before? She was about to make an acidic reply about his lack of memory when a new realization struck her as the colors and patterns of his flames made themselves apparent in her witch-sight.
This wasn’t about her flauting of Imperial law, he was genuinely concerned for her. The realization caused her heart to flutter in her chest a certain way that she didn’t particularly want to think about right now.
“You know who you remind me of right now? My dear Seneschal who I’ve found is also quite fond of giving unsolicited criticism of my decisions.”
Heinrix took a deep breath. “Master Werserian can come across as a grumpy old man, if the esteemed officer will forgive me for saying so. But I have come to know his character and yours well enough to determine that such criticism is often warranted.”
Something about the way he said grumpy old man in particular seemed to irk her a bit.
“Heinrix, tell me, how old do you think I am?” She made sure to not raise her voice in the slightest.

on this picture i drew Alexandr Andreevich Alexandrov - cavalry officer of the russian imperial army that participated in napoleonic wars. people persistently keep on misgendering mispronounsing deadnaming and calling him a crossdresser although alexandrov clearly stated that he didn't want to be called by his deadname and being treated like anything but a man. that's an interesting historical figure and i wanted to draw attention to his person. i can't tell everything about him in only one post so i recomend you to read about alexandrov by yourself
