someone has to remember

Tall baseline humans are about three fifths the height of primarchs, and shorter ones seem to be about half. Of my human baseline models, they come up to about three fifths of my Lion el'Jonson figure. This is supported by how Astartes and Custodes, which are about 7 and 9 feet in the books I’ve read, measure up. In the novel Scars, Jaghatai Khan is said to be about twice the height of an average human person. This is the largest size disparity I’ve read for them in a book; usually it’s closer to three fifths. There’s not an average human height given for 30K, so I shall use the global average height of today. Keep in mind 40K humans could be shorter; given the amount of mass famine and general societal instability present in 30K, the childhood malnutrition rate quite possibly could have gone up. The average global male height is 5'7.5 (https://www.healthline.com/health/average-height-for-men#faq). The average global female height looks to be about 5'2 (https://ubiehealth.com/doctors-note/average-height-women-normal-check-steps-medical-47). These average out to 64.75 inches, or five foot four and three quarters of an inch. Using this height, primarchs on average would be 10.8 feet, using the one half ratio , and using the 3/5 ratio would be about 9 feet tall (which fits with how the twins, which are the shortest, can sort of blend in as taller Astartes). Despite variation in how canon portrays their height, this lines up with on average where they end up—generally around ten feet tall.

Now, why does this matter to the second part of my thesis? Because primarchs are said to be proportional, like a normal human scaled up (Descent of Angels, no I don’t remember the exact page or chapter I’m sorry). This is again generally borne out in the models—eyeballing it, the head-body ratio seems to be about the same between baselines and primarchs. This scaling effect would naturally transfer to other parts of the anatomy. When erect, the average length of a penis is around five inches and a quarter. Scaled up with the 1/2 ratio, that makes average primarch genitalia 10.5 inches. Scaled up with the 3/5 ratio, that is 8.75 inches. The average length between those two is 9.625 inches. Using average circumference of 4.59 inches, we have a 1/2 ratio of 9.18, a 3/5 ratio of 7.65, and the average of the two at 8.415.

Personally, I find those numbers terrifying, but I understand others might find those enticing. Excellent! Go forth with your husband as wide around as a standard baseball. Nine inches is enough for everything. That’s enough for cervical bruising! The G-Spot! Everything else I can think of for this! It’s already big enough!

Of course all of this is in good fun—I’d be hard pressed to imagine a sillier topic—but I did the math for this a while back and wanted to share it. Steroid shrinkage is another thing I considered taking into account, but didn’t have the time or energy for, as is atrophy, which according to trans ladies is a thing that can happen? Not fully sure how that works out but again, tired. Would love to hear y’all’s thoughts.
