You know when someone you hate/dislike does something nice and you feel a bit of like respect. Not in the “I want to be friends with them now” but more in the “I guess they aren’t THAT bad”. I feel like that would be a lot of the Batman and green lantern’s(Hal) dynamic; going both ways. Like Hal gets injured in a battle and Bruce patches him up, or Hal takes over flying the plane on the way back from a mission cuz Bruce is fear gassed or something. And Bruce has a big soft spot for kids(especially his) so when Hal does something sweet for them he gets butterflies (not that he’ll ever admit). They are just a bunch of unwilling respect(care) for each other.

I cut my hair recently and when I look in the mirror I feel weird. I have had really long hair my whole life and recently I’ve finally been granted the freedom to do what I want with my own body so I cut my hair to shoulder length. And don’t get me wrong I like it. It’s just I look like someone I used to know and will never again know them. And the reminder of them when I look in the mirror makes me feel weird but I don’t know how to describe said feeling. We have similar complexions, brown eyes, freckles, and brown hair, and now my hair is short too. But with my layers it’s longer in the back and a bit higher in the front so when my back layers are pushed back and my bangs are down I look like them. Idk it just makes me feel bad like I am someone new. Idk if anyone can relate to this but does anyone have any advice.

I just finished episode 15 of the pit and I think Robbie definitely adopted that baby instead of killing himself. At least I hope so

The trinity’s height difference should always be: Diana as the tallest, then Superman, then Bruce. Bruce is canonically like 6’0 but he’ll always be under 6’0 in my heart. Also Diana and Clark are both inhuman so they should be taller the your average human. Diana is a literal Amazonian and basically a goddess yet people still depict her as the shortest in the trinity. Also Diana should be buff as hell. She is literally a warrior let her look like one!

Does anyone have good queer anime suggestions that are actually good and not just some glorified fetishization of said queer characters or problematic relationships (like big/weird age gaps). Please! I wanna watch some good queer anime. I got Crunchyroll recently but I don’t know what to watch. And not just a popular ship that is not actually cannon (like Sasunaru and a lot others)

Damian gets a gold star at school so he buys some to give to his family to show he cares without having to say it. Needless to say they love it and start doing it too. It becomes kind of a tradition for this emotionally constipated family.

So since Caine is dead does that mean the abstractions are out of the void since the circus is destroyed and Caine isn’t keeping them in there? Also will the abstractions go back to normal once Caine is dead cuz he’s like the reason they are abstractions? I highly doubt they’ll get out of the circus but if they do will they become human and gooseworks will have to hire human actors to play the characters since it’s established that the human world is very much real. Or would it be just them as their models in the human world. Also since Caine is dead can they change their form and their names since Caine created them as such?

Been reading the Bible lately and why is god lowkey an asshole. Like why is he making people sacrifice so many sheep and animals. Also why did he punish all of Egypt cuz of one tyrannical pharaoh. Like I know some surrported that pharaoh but what about all the people who didn’t and just couldn’t do anything in fear of punishment cuz some low in power would surely get killed for going against their pharaoh. Why is he framed as being so loving but at the same time kills thousands of people with disease and floods. Also if he is against sin when not just get rid of it if he is all powerful, like I know free will and the such but there is so many he didn’t give free will to like I don’t think Mary ever had a choice to have a child so young like that stuff messes up your body especially at that age. Also if he is all powerful and doesn’t like satan, Lucifer, sin, demons, etc; then why did he make them. Also what is with people defending the whitewashafucation of so many people in the Bible including god. I’ve heard people say they just want someone like god to look like them so they can see themselves in him, but doing that just makes it so the people that do look like him don’t get to see someone who looks like them, and by whitewashing god and many other people in the Bible you are separating those people from white people even more making it so your kids learn that you can only connect to people that look like you. Of course I understand the want of seeing yourself in someone you idolize but there are so many others you can do that with that do look like you and you don’t have to change someone else so young feel more comfortable with idolizing them. You should be able to connect and love someone who doesn’t look like you cuz at the end of the day we are all living things and we should connect no matter how you look, who you love, what your gender is, where your from, how much money or privilege you have, etc.
