jon and i found this little sterling ring at a vintage store today that somehow fits my stupidly tiny ring finger perfectly so now i have a proper engagement ring that matches my style AND came from a local business 🥰

when she doesn’t come in, i have to do her job (stocking) before i can do my job (buying) and like i know she knows that so like idk i just can’t imagine being that selfish of a person it absolutely blows my mind like…fuck you lmao

i’m sorry but i fucking love christmas time and the fact that we got our first real snowfall on the day we had already planned to get our tree made me insufferable

orange/cinnamon/anise/fir simmer pot on the stove, remainder of sweaters pulled out of storage and washed, cutting boards scrubbed with salt and lemon, orange slices dehydrating in the oven, candles burning, christmas flute music on and a glass of red wine ❤️✨
