if you're disabled and you have to cancel some plans because of disability, you're allowed to be upset by it. i think the notion of letting the other person down, and some people treating cancellations as your fault kinda makes it seem like the disabled person wanted to cancel. or that the disabled person wasn't managing their own time, energy, health, or money better and that's why they had to cancel. and it might have been plans you were really looking forward to. of course you're allowed to be upset or angry that something has stopped your activities. even if that thing is your own disability. especially if it's you own disability
