why is that from the books on the law of attraction it states that our lives can change instantly, or we can change the way we feel instantly, for instance to be more happy almost all of the time, or that its effortless, but when in reality a lot of people suffer and a lot of people work hard for it, for instance i have anxiety i want to get rid of it, but i have to work little by little, day by day to help me, but i just feel like i wont be able to manifest a lot of what i want
Well, first of all, I donât think any of them said it was âeffortlessâ (although it can be, and often the more âeffortâ you apply the more you end up getting in your own way). If they did say that, itâs not something Iâve ever read.
Some physical aspects can manifest instantly or almost instantly (crying when you are emotional/getting a headache when youâre stressed/feeling nauseous when you see your exâ YES those are all manifestations and they are all instant), some physical aspects take more time. But that doesnât matter because thatâs not really why you came to this physical reality. You came here for the journey; the contrast, the pivoting, the alignment, and all over again. You came to create through your vibration, not through your action (although inspired action will follow alignment almost every time).
And you can change the way you feel instantly.
That doesnât mean you can go from feeling depressed to hopeful in one quick move, you have to gradually move up the emotional guidance scale, but that does mean you can pivot your attention to anything you chose at any time (the power of focus). So the instant manifestation they are talking about, that is always within your control and almost painfully simple to accomplish, is finding a feeling that feels a little better. Thatâs it.
And youâre right when you say that a lot of people suffer and work hard to feel good and yet have no positive results, but I would guess that those people donât know about the law of attraction or havenât figured out how to really work with it, so they continue to focus on what is unwanted/lack of what is wanted/worry/boil in anger and rage/fret/feel jealous/etc. and hold onto all those feelings, and that keeps them in a cycle of perpetual unhappiness, where life just cannot seem to get really good for them. You canât get rid of something by pushing against it, because when you push against something youâre still focused on it, and that is where so many people feel so much frustration about life. They certainly arenât doing this to themselves intentionally, they just donât know any better (yet).
Finally the last line in your message really seals the deal âbut i just feel like i wont be able to manifest a lot of what i wantâ
You cannot do something you believe is impossible. You cannot have something you believe you donât deserve. You have to believe that what you want is not only possible, but on itâs way to you right now. How do you make a new belief? âA belief is only a thought I keep thinkingâ - Abraham Hicks. Keep thinking the thoughts that supports what you want (without adding a âbutâŚâ to it) and once you think it long enough, you begin to believe it. Keep saying it. Once you believe it, you start seeing proof of it. Keep saying it. Once you start seeing proof you will understand and you will know how powerful you are and that you can have anything you want. Your positive emotions are indicators that more people/places/things/ideas/events/resources that feel like that are on their way into your physical awareness, and the most awesome part is YOU can control your emotions. That means you have control over what manifests in your experiences. So fucking rad.
Does that mean you can or should feel happy 100% of the time? NO. But taking responsibility for how you feel gives you power to change it. If how you feel is conditional on your surroundings, you donât have the power because you canât always control the conditions. What you can control is how you feel about the conditions, and if you choose to feel better about the current conditions that will lead you to the improvements you asked for in the first place. I know it seems very backwards, but trust me thatâs how it works. You have to feel better about where you are before you can get to where you want to be.
Use affirmations like âI am safe.â âI am loved.â âI choose to see the good in all aspects of life.â Say them enough and they will become your core beliefs. Not instantly, not overnight or even in just 30 days. But being happy isnât just about today or this week or this month. Itâs about living this moment. Over and over and over. Forever. One at a time. And being aware that each moment is a chance to look for something that feels better or something that feels worse. Itâs really not as hard as you think to make a habit of looking for the good stuff. xo
