Any crafter who says they don't make mistakes is lying, been cross stitching for over 20 years and its taken my 3 pages of my current pattern to figure out, there's two columns of stitch overlap between pattern pages if my current pattern, so having to start all over again from the beginning

Finished my newest project for my niece's 3rd birthday, the original pattern is from DenizDesignsStudio on etsy, and then at my niece's mums request i added a backstitched a collar with a little 3 tag dangling from it
Now it just needs washing and framing for her birthday next month
So someone sent me an ask, asking if I have a favourite pattern ive ever cross stitched and I do, and here she is
The reason this is my favourite cross stitch ive ever done is not just because I love the character (which I do) but because its the one of the first times I created my own cross stitch pattern using a drawing (credit of the amazing drawing going to @jesterlagay ) and while my pattern doesn't do the drawing justice it was the first time I managed to actually make a pattern based on a sketch drawing that actually looked like the drawing it was based on, so its a cross stitch I both love and am proud of

Cross stitch wip. I swear I had at least 2 previous wip photos before this but I have no idea where they are! This represents about 2 weeks work & is approximately 1/6th of the pattern.

Finally finished this pattern (by LaserArtsDesigns) was a birthday gift from my friend a couple of years ago, has to stop halfway through to start a birthday present that I cant post yet, but now this lady is finished (shes been named persephone by my friend who bought me the pattern) its time to start my niece's birthday present, which fingers crossed I finish in time

Cons of this pattern:
- Black Aida is woven in Hell
- The Riolis brand thread the kit required is wool not cotton, and while it resulted in a really rich color it was a pain to use
- Black Aida is woven by the devil
- Way. Too. Much. GREEN!
- Black Aida is Cursed
Pros of this pattern:
- It looks SICK!!!
So yeah, really happy with it; will never stitch it again and will definitely wait before starting the other two to complete the set.
