I took my old Canon camera to the zoo and caught some bangers. Its 10x zoom remains undefeated.

Another cross stitch DONE. Now on to those floral designs I've been planning to work on....

Edit: Not me posting the photo and realizing I missed a few stitches. 🙄 All done now. It's a big step towards using up what I call the Endless Blues. Aka the endless amount of blues left to me by my grandma. Those threads are older than me, and I still have a fair amount to get through.

Life update

My darling Pusik died last Halloween. I couldn't talk about it back then, and to be honest, I still can't, so if you say something and I end up not responding, I'm sorry. He was almost 20 years old, and had deteriorated a lot in his last few months, so I was kind of expecting this to happen, but was nevertheless hit by it very hard once it actually had.

In other news, I am alive and functional. I work a lot and am now the top manager at my small firm on account of being a bit less incompetent than the other two. ✌️ I haven't really drawn in a while, but I still write about a sentence a day (the Inquisition fanfic is at the journey to Skyhold for those interested). I actively try to spend less time online and have been fairly successful at it.

For the most part, I'd say, it's okay. I dream of Pusik and my grandpa being alive a lot, but that's just how it works, I guess. No other way to get through grief than by living life.

I might start giving updates on here more often because I find myself missing the blogging format of old. Might not, though, it really depends on how much this site ends up annoying me.
