it’s true. i worked at lush last christmas and during the mandatory 3 day, 15 hour training they encourage you to stay with customers until they buy something. if someone says “just looking” we’re supposed to say “for what?” and if they won’t budge we have to leave and then come back a few minutes later and start talking about the product they’re looking at.
