The story didn’t end for me, and it took 39 days for me to realize it. And probably it won’t, and that’s okay; I’ve embraced the idea that I’m holding on to you and that I’m not letting you go any time soon, but at the same time, you’ve let me go and there’s nothing that I can do about it. I’m holding on to you but I’m letting _you_ go, because my heart can’t take anymore pain that your absence causes me, it’s not your absence, it’s the almost had you and being embraced by you and your scent surrounding me with tenderness just for you to leave again, leaving me homeless freezing to death on my lonely road. After being used to having you as a source of strength for awhile, it’s hard for me to get out the bed every morning, and it’s hard to sleep the night without your safe embrace -and I don’t sleep at night anymore- . It’s so goddamn hard to breathe without knowing that your soul is around; its always been around but it’s not the same without your hugs, your voice, your smile, your touch and your kisses that you took back. It’s hard to live without you. I fucking miss you and I still fucking love you and it will forever pain me that you don’t love me the same. It took me 39 days to say it. The story will never be over to me.
