algorithmic social media makes you more reactionary by default and can kind of break your brain and you never actually know what the wide public consensus is on something because theyre always showing you the things that piss you off the absolute most... it has you thinking that the entire world thinks one way when its a subsection of terminally online freaks. like youll get fed endless content about how like, idk, doechii sucks (just one example) and no one likes her but then you go out in the real world and people are like what are you talking about...... you have to remember that these people have broken brains....
