This morning I tried making a healthier nice cream version of Ben & Jerry’s coffee caramel fudge flavoured ice cream. I added coffee, chocolate chips, And date “caramel” which is literally just dates blended with water. It was really really goooooood. Also I can’t find the vegan Ben & Jerry’s in my city yet so yeah I wanted some haha

I find that I crave ice cream sandwiches a lot! I like these but the almond dream ones are way better. And yes, I did eat 6 ice cream sandwiches; I’m an adult and do what I like lol.

Here are some of the ice creams you CAN eat as a vegan in Japan! I’ve found all of these at supermarkets- not all of them have them (the gelato a are pretty common, the others not so much) but I’m seen them in a couple 👍🏼
