unrelated to ii4 ep3 but what do you think pepper’s phone habits are?
sorry this one took so long to answer ive genuinely been marinating on it for like a week going "hm what would her phone habits be?"
short answer: absolutely terrible
pepper has some awful anxiety and abandonment issues (ill make this a post at one point, but as a fun game go through the show and count how many times she wraps her arms around herself when shes alone, especially in recent episodes), which really does not bode well for being on the internet
assuming inanimate island has a similar social media landscape to ours, i think her biggest issues would be doomscrolling and general fomo. she would fall into every social media pitfall of your average teenage girl (even though shes an adult). i could definitely see her developing an anxiety of needing to post a lot of pictures of her with salt so their friendship feels validated.
at the same time, it really is hard to remember that we pretty much have zero idea of what peppers actual interests are. maybe she likes to spend like an hour Phone In Bed before going to sleep where she tries to discover that for herself :)

she is NOT immune to propaganda and ragebait will get her every time
she most definitely that one friend that helps you create your Hinge profile and makes it an absolute masterpiece

she knows beauty beef between tiktok creators youve never even heard of
salt became a professional tiktok clipper as a side hustle for a while. pepper tried to do the same but felt too bad stealing content. salt didnt realize it was stealing but stopped because she got bored.
pepper LOVES gamepidgeon and mostly uses it to play battleship with paper
in her contacts, magnet is "DO NOT RESPOND"
