happy sunday!!!! I studied, did some morning journaling, and worked out. now I’m at a cafe in my condo to have brunch. I am so so grateful for everything, for my privilege that I can do the things I like for my health without any limitations.

Last week of my internship! I’m sad it’s ending, so here’s some photos of my desk to commemorate the experience~

𝟶𝟾.𝟷𝟺.𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟺

I love my slow mornings. I’ve been between projects for a while. However, I've been enjoying my leisurely time because, I know that once I start my new project, I'll be busy and miss how still time feels right now.

𝙲𝚞𝚛𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍: 𝙼𝚢 𝚈𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝚘𝚏 𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚝 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚁𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 I've been thinking of the way people talk about this book, and I dislike how people hate on this book so much. I love books that focus on the internal conflicts of the characters. So much classic literature is based on just that- facing inner demons. My Year of Rest and Relaxation explores the concept of depression and facing inner demons in such an interesting and modern niche trendy manner. I honestly relate to the main concept of the book too. In the lowest point of my life and mental health, I wanted to sleep. I wanted to sleep my life away. I wanted to sleep my way into my dream life. But we can't sleep ourselves into a new life. We have to wake up, and actually create that life. I think I found a new appreciation for this book during my second reading. I'm glad I read it again- I'm not in that space anymore and I've gotten out of my reading slump.
