what we assumed would be a quick visit to the doctor has resulted in Zekia's (Ivy Eve Scarlet's) immediate hospitalization. we dont know precisely why, but we were told it was urgent that we keep her here, and she's being put on painkillers as i type this.

it fills me with a great deal of embarrassment to come back so soon and ask for help again, but no amount of financial planning or forecasting could have reasonably prepared us for this.

to pay for the medical costs, we're hoping to make back at least half of the deposit we had to put down, which ate the entirety of our savings away.

it kills me that we have already spent more than we had left in a single deposit for the hospital. in kills me more that we have nowhere else to turn to help it.

we're scared out of our minds. im not sure how we're going to make this work. we desperately need help. I'm incredibly sorry to ask again. but please, if you have anything at all to spare, we really need it.
