"Don't come to my space, make you come tell me nonsense" — Tunji Allen's opening line, delivered in cracking Nigerian Pidgin, sets the tone immediately: a song about calling out political corruption with wit, swagger, and a chorus you cannot shake. 

Buried in it is a Yoruba proverb - olowo fara mo olowo, the wealthy stick with the wealthy - that cuts to the heart of everything the song is saying. The track carries a rare distinction: a posthumous drum performance from Tony Allen, legendary co-creator of Afrobeat alongside Fela Kuti, with his grandson Tunji on vocals. 

Together with Cameroonian composer and guitarist Franck Biyong - a quietly radical musical force whose mission is to reveal new threads between the past and future of inter-African music - they've made something that feels both like a tribute and a battle cry. 

Spacey, funky synths and relaxed chorus vocals offer a sensual feminine contrast to Tunji's brusque authoritative tone, while surprising horn arrangements and chord changes keep the groove constantly alive.
