don't think that when the sentinelese people are sick they think Wow this is awesome I'm happy there's no 20th century medicine that's helping me out here. And don't think they appreciate not having access to pain killers when they're in pain. They likely just don't know the exact details of the outside world and due to what happened to their neighbours they're likely somewhat aware (we can't know their exact reasoning for sure!) that contact with the outside world would bring them death (due to disease) and they might still (once again, we can't know) have Cultural memory of when the British kidnapped their people. positioning them as Aware of The Wonders But Choosing To Obstain Purely For Virtue is still racist they aren't magical elves who don't like when technology
