As far as I can gather, the Grishaverse doesn't have actual terms they use to refer to LGBTQ+ folk, they just... are there. When Tamar and Nadia get together, Alina has literally no reaction despite neither girl ever technically coming out. Zoya's only reaction is being annoyed that everyone's "pairing up". When Wylan essentially asks Jesper if he's bi, he doesn't actually use the term. He just asks if Jesper likes boys too. I haven't read like half the books in the universe, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I know there's no actual words for any of it. I think that's the most beautiful thing. Their universe never decided that a certain type of love was different or wrong. It's normalized in their society to such a degree that they don't even have a name for it. It's just... there. Some people date the same gender, what about it? It's my favorite thing in the world and it makes me smile when I think about it.

why it so dangerous to be clean

As someone who’s job is to handle chemicals like this, I need to state that this information is IMPORTANT. Plenty of people have accidentally injured or killed themselves at home because they didn’t know what kind of reaction certain substances have with one another. Play it safe and don’t mix chemicals.

Also don’t use bleach to clean up urine it’ll create chloramine bc of the ammonia in it and you can give yourself chemical pnemonia that way

Every time I see “helpful” posts telling people to mix these things while cleaning I cringe with my entire body.

there’s something really sweet about wylan’s nickname being wy, as in “why” was the one question that’s haunted him his entire life (why was his father so cruel? why couldn’t he remember his mother? why couldn’t he just be like everyone else?) only for his friends and future partner to eventually dub him that same dangerous, spiral-inducing word. he really doesn’t like it at first, but as time goes on whenever he hears “wy” coming from them, he’s only met with looks of love and knowing, like they aren’t asking him the question but telling him that he’s always been their answer, and eventually he starts to believe them
