Now, I struggled with his design for some time. First, how to even approach it! Because, for the four I had designed first, this was ‘human’ clothing. Earthly clothing. Now, Lielie is royalty, even though was banished. Being both beautiful creatures, too— a dragon and a white horse, it’s really lovely.
I knew only two things I wanted to do for his design— firstly, 云肩, the cloud collar. Second, a ponytail jsjs. What is royalty without long hair?
To summarize, his clothing couldn’t be like the rest of them. And so, with enough effort, was able to produce this design. Lielie is young and rebellious! Why not have a beautiful face with a wicked personality? I find characters like these endearing. Nostradamus from Record of Ragnarok unfortunately influenced this aspect I put onto him jeje.
