- Sanzang’s brown mare daemon carrying the luggage of the pilgrimage while bajie’s cocker spaniel daemon nips her heels.

- the 金鹏大鸟 pinning wukongs daemon under one talon having yanked her out of him.

In all seriousness I know I SHOULD watch it, and there's nothing stopping me but... idk I just don't really wanna? It takes a lot for me to want to watch any sort of film, I think because I have processing issues and also tend to get overstimulated stupidly quickly I prefer mostly to read stuff and only tend to watch things I either have watched already or really really want to watch.

I think it'd be funny if the Dragon Queen got really pissed at her husband even though, his defense, didn't really seem that much of a deal. He's just a little guy! Totally unassuming and harmless! (Until he starts to wield weapons of enumerable power and indeed turns out to be assuming and harmful). also, shout-out to her for connecting point A (Sun Wukong) to point B (Ruyi Jingu Bang). I can't imagine JttW where Wukong doesn't have his murder stick.

Oh, another thought I wanted to throw out is how we start to see Wukong's violent tendencies. When he doesn't get things his way he immediately resorts to beating the shit of the others, like, no diplomacy or bargaining. I know it gets played for laughs, and it is iconic, but not really the kind of behavior that should be endorsed. it's subtle but it's there.
