Sorry for taking so long I got a bit distracted and now doing all of my requests :)
You met Vance at Grab n Go when you were playing the pinball machine and beat his high scoreÂ
He burned his eyes through your head before you offered him to play nextÂ
He was honestly surprised to see your calm response and attempted to put a quarter in just to see you already pop one in
You gave a wink and a charming smileÂ
That was the first thing that made his heart skip a beat, he immediately turned his head to the game as he hyper-focused on winning just to not think about these feelings he doesn’t know how to deal with and refused to at this momentÂ
You were impressed by how good he was and even encouraged him
“Holy shit! You are so good!”
“You’re great Vance!”
Vance was not prepared to receive praise from anybody no less from the boy who just winked at him and treated him like a personÂ
So when you continued to praise him he gripped the machine 3 times stronger as he tried to focus on the game as he slightly felt your breath on his neck
Why did he have to have his hair up on today of all days?
You couldn’t tell how his cheeks flushed slightly when you got a little closer to see the score once Vance lost he looked up at his score to see he beat your scoreÂ
You almost jumped in place as you smiledÂ
“Cool, it's my turn isn’t it?”
You stepped closer to the machine being closer than comfortable for Vance making him step away to let you playÂ
After switching back and forth with the machine you two became close friends
After a while you became more than friends and more than having a friend with quarters to spare (you were this man’s wallet for a while)
Before you two would hang out near the pinball machine not even playing it but sitting on it and just talking and enjoying each others company
Usually grabbing a drink and play with the machine or sit on it and talk
Maybe grabbing a snack too if you guys felt like it
Sometimes Vance would just play as you feed him some of your snacks
You guys were comfortable with each other even before becoming more
You both confused to each other at the same time and made you both laugh and giggle for a while
You both accepted each others confessions and you snuck a quick kiss before you ran off
Vance quickly ran after you
Once you two were boyfriends it didn’t really differ from before, the only difference was that you two became even more comfortable with each other
Sometimes you sat on Vance’s lap or Vance sat in yours just melting in each others touch
Having sleepovers was a common occurrence and hangouts
Sharing gossip at school whispering and giggling to each other
You like braiding Vance’s hair once he’s done brushing his hairÂ
Vance does not let anyone brush his hair, not even his mom
Vancve has one of those brushes with wooden bristles
Takes about 10ish minutes to brush it out
How Vance brushes his hair: Parts his hair in half them starts at the ends till he’s brushed it out a couple of times and adds conditionerÂ
You find it relaxing watching Vance brush his hair and you are absolutely bashful when Vance lets you even touch his hair for the first time
The first time you did Vance’s hair you put it in pigtailsÂ
Vance then then threatened to never let you touch his hair till the day he dies if you do it again
Ÿou really hoped it was satire but you took it to heartÂ
You then braided his hair and he thanked you
You grew out your hair so Vance could braid your hair too
Vance likes running his fingers through your hair
You like to bake and Vance is on standby not really knowing what to do
He still tries to help (with your instructions)
Brownies and cookies are your go to when baking
Vance adores your browning but he really likes your freshly baked breadÂ
Vance has a sweet tooth but loves your fresh bread even if it doesn’t have sugarÂ
Some times you bake at 3 am and you’re just sitting near the oven staring into the oven window while crouching and Vance walks in and just stares at your shadow for at least 15 minutes before joining you on the floor not saying a fucking thingÂ
Even when you two were scarfing down the baked goods no words were spoken
Not even when returning to bed
Only after you two were settled in bed did Vance say something
“Why the fuck you up at 3:28 am making cookies?”
Vance said it so nonchalantly that you only responded when Vance nudged youÂ
“Couldn’t sleep, plus impulsiveness”Â
Vance only thought for a moment before responding to you
That was his only answer as you both fell asleep in each others arms
At school you two almost always together talking and things of that nature
Vance even spends lunch with you since before he would always just leave school but he stays for you
There is a rumor that you two are dating but no one dares to confirm with THEE Pinball Vance HopperÂ
You don’t really care for the rumors and besides you don’t get shit for it since you’re “friends” with Vance
Some people just approach you just to ask about Vance, mostly girls about wanting to date him and boys trying to get on his good side
You hate that you have to constantly test people then then you found your people
In the classes you have together you always sit next to each other
Always talking to each other
You two actually get in trouble for talking so much
Got detention together but it wasn’t too bad
Rainy season is your favorite but even so, inconvenientÂ
You always have an umbrella on you
You share your umbrella with Vance since he refuses to being one at all
Rainy walks with Vance always eases your mindÂ
You two don’t even need a specific destination you guys just walk around townÂ
