just cracked the code on mashed potatoes. cook the tiniest splash of vinegar, butter*, eshallots and… hold onto your panties because you’re not ready for this, it’s tarragon rosemary and then later u can add some frozen spinach. and milk if you’re nasty and/or a bit of cheese if you’re seriously deranged and raunchy. now rotate those flavours in your mind and choke on that for a second. now add horseradish. and dont go crazy on the salt but do go crazy on the pepper. anyway that’s my jush #mymashpotato i had to like take a break from eating it just now bc of how good its tasting. oh and vigorously mix all that into the depths of some boiled and mashed potatoes obviously et c’est fini. don’t tell anyone i deglazed the chicken pan too so ummm if you’re wondering why it tastes so good that’s why.
