The heading font is probably something like Helvetica Condensed Bold.
The body text instructions are in Sabon. A nice, classic, chunky serif that looks proper but also modern and readable.

The title is set in Hightower Text.
At least at some point this was a Microsoft Word default font. It's a bit of a rough-hewn, fun and crunchy sort of serif, and you don't really see it used in professional settings THAT often, so it was just interesting to encounter it in a book title. The lowercase "l", "c", and "t" here are especially nice to chew on.
"Fenton MacLaren" is in Trump Mediaeval. An older-style font that nonetheless has a pleasingly crisp quality. It is a font with personality and no trouble taking up space to show it off: good for display, and body text that wants you to take proper time reading it; not as good for very dense and long paragraphs imo.
"Amish made furniture sale" is in Baskerville Old Face. A Microsoft Word default font, with a distinctively Baskerville quality but with a more flourished lowercase g and a sort of ungainly cut quality. Not as balanced or graceful as many of the other Baskerville selections to me personally, but it does what it can.
Most likely the "Open 7 Days" is in Footlight, an old Word default font.
As a default font I see it get used a lot, especially as a shop display font. It's a bit charmingly sharp and dramatic; unwieldy as a smaller body text font.
DTL Documenta
I've enjoyed the siggi's font for a while, but it's not a widespread book font so it took me some hunting to find what it was called. It might be a lightweight version?
It's a lovely, clean font, a serif with a crisp and modern feel - i.e. perfect for a cold, fresh out of the fridge yogurt. I may download it for my own use! I could see it working both for body text and display.

If you don’t use them at least once a day then what’s the point?
I use "shenanigans" so frequently that my nieces have developed an entire dialect based on it.
Delightful use of Ovo (?) in picture. Perfect font to use for these words (literary touch but also whimsical). Top tier Google font. Big fan of the lowercase g and uppercase S.
(Addison Rae Aquamarine official lyrics)
Most likely capitalized Adobe Garamond.
You can tell by the distinctive apostrophes and commas, and the S, which is very smooth.
The use of a capitalized serif in this way, along with the color scheme and sound, come together to make a slightly DIY and retro vibe

The "j'adore" behind her is in Cochin, albeit stylized (lengthened j, and definitely not a Cochin apostrophe). It is still clearly recognizable through its sharply hooked r, distinctive a, and slightly flattened look.
A solid font for both display (a slightly rustic but clean and pretty look) and text, but only if the text is not too dense imo. If you Google it up you'll see it's got quite a bit of whimsy to it, with charmingly rounded tips.
Centaur
Distinctively sharp and chiseled tips, with rather curvaceous lowercase l's. The dead giveaway is the commas and apostrophes being blocky.
Never not funny to me that Percy Jackson is set in this.
Garamond Premier
From an exhibit on the fashion of Andrew Gn at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA, USA. Preserves the classy and refined vibe of Adobe Garamond but with a more display-ish flair; it's simply prettier. Perfect for a high fashion exhibit!

yeah i like to give my blessing to the most pathetic looking weak little knight at the tournament. she can’t even look me in the eye when i give her my flower and she stutters out that she’ll do her best or something of the like. i think its funny when she has to cry and beg my forgiveness and i get to say “such a shame, i suppose my hand in marriage will have to go to someone else…” and then i get to hear her whimper like a dog. ive done this like 6 times alrea-
did she just win.

Top font "Lychee Nigori": Adobe Caslon (bold)
Bottom font "Homare Sake...Japan": Berkeley (italic)
Not familiar with Japanese fonts so I can't pinpoint what the Hiragana is set in.
I always appreciate a nice combo of fonts, but especially when they are both lovely. Adobe Caslon lends a more solid, weighted feel to the title, while Berkeley keeps the supplemental information looking classy and pretty and unobtrusive. They have rather different flavors but are both crisp and neat fonts without excessive frills; one might imagine this accurately reflects the sake! (I don't know shit about sake)

Droid Serif (bold italic)
A pleasingly formal yet soft font, like a memory foam pillow. There are occasions where it looks a bit janky, but it's a workhorse of a font nonetheless.
