Funny, I’ve seen cities say they want to reduce congestion introduce (or attempt to introduce) taxes for driving your car in the centre of town, but I’ve NEVER seen the suggestion that we just make public transport free. Just imagine. Imagine how much more effective that would be than a congestion tax.
