The final scene of the movie, the Creature is bathed in sunlight.

I’ve honestly been kind of loving him in Season 8, but after episode 12’s ending I’m lowkey a little afraid of what’s going to come out of his storyline

Every episode up to 06x08 has a red themed title, whether that be the actual word red, a shade of red, or something that is red. (I.e. Fire and Brimstone, Strawberries and Cream, so on).

It isn’t until 06x09 (My Blue Haven) that the red puns stop. This is because in the previous episode, Patrick Jane has finally killed the man that murdered his wife and child; Red John.

Ever since his family was killed, Patrick’s life was completely and utterly consumed by finding Red John, hence why every title leading up to the final confrontation is related to red; it’s all Patrick has been focused on. After Red John is dead, Patrick’s life is no longer centred around finding him and the episode titles reflect that (though they still keep the color theme, they’re no longer red).
