I wish that I had hyperfixations on fictional characters, not real people (content creators). The closest I've gotten is probably the characters of the dream smp, as separate from the creators. Currently it's the group chat.

Cause the thing is with fictional characters you can do kind of whatever, right. Put them in whatever situations you please, they're fake it's not that bad. You can go crazy insane about them, put them in your profile pictures and usernames, say whatever about them. But with real people they have boundaries, they have things they're not ok with, they're real people. Who have real feelings and real lives.

With a fictional character, you can learn a little detail about them and go crazy about it, learning as many as you can. With a real person that's stalking and being weird and not ok.

With a fictional character you can pretend they're your friend or whatever, right. Parasocial stuff doesn't matter as much, like watch out for your mental health but you're not putting someone in danger by doing it.

Some ccs aren't ok with any fanfiction of themself, that's the part that's probably hardest for me to cope with. Like I won't, but I'm really used to being able to read stuff yk.

To be clear, people's boundaries are valid and deserve to be respected. I just am bad with dealing with thing sometimes and am complaining here.

daddy issues this, mommy issues that, forget those I have older sibling issues. not like I'd look for older sibling qualities in a partner necessarily, but I have issues. worst part is I'm not even the good older sibling I want to my younger siblings

so like I'm changing my pronouns on places, I already did in my tumblr description thingy but I just want to change the like descriptions or roles or whatever and if someone notices then cool. btw it was from he/they/it/e to just any because I kinda don't care anymore. call me what you perceive me as ig, I don't want people to intentionally use any pretty much so that's why I'm not bringing attention to it anywhere. but anyways now to change the roles in the tons of discord servers I'm in, wish me luck. at least it's not as bad as when I changed them like literally once every few days
