hello, sorry for the sudden deletion of this blog and of my account. it was an impulsive decision but one that i've decided to go on with. i only recovered the blog so that i can post this one last statement. i will be keeping this blog up for about a week before deleting it again for good
to clarify this choice was not made BECAUSE of the glitch controversy, but the fandom. more specifically, the tadc fandom. it had made me feel worse mentally and i just did not want anything to do with it anymore. genuinely.
i have never wanted to support glitch the moment i read about its controversy and simply wanted to separate the art from the artist, but the fandom made that very difficult for me. i do not want to be associated with or interact with a fandom with so much racism and negativity. it got so bad to the point where i just deleted my account because i felt so miserable about liking tadc.
admittedly, i do still enjoy it. i love the characters, i love caine, and i still love my void caine a lot. but i have decided i wanted nothing to do with the fandom anymore. i will keep creating tadc fanart, and i will keep enjoying tadc, but it will only be for myself.
