Two Years

Two years ago today I started this journey. I’m officially down 95 pounds and the smallest I’ve been in my adult life and I’m now medically considered just “Overweight” on the BMI chart. I have 26 pounds left to go (and maybe a few more, I’ll see when I get there).

Two years without bread. Two years without sugar. Two years of making sure what I put in my body is mostly good for me. Two years of exercise. Two years of change. I don’t miss the old me. I don’t miss the sugar and bread. I love who I am now.

Two years sure went by fast.
