Do you have a hard time getting a strength workout too? Sometimes it seems easier to go on a run or bike ride than to just stay at home and get the strength training needed to help prevent injury. Do you work full time too? Working full time, especially in the Las Vegas heat, or any heat, is probably enough to wear anyone out, and who could blame you if you went home and passed the time with some World Cup time or just plopped down on the couch? You earned it! That is how I felt last night, no desire to get back out there and kill the legs, but I always will tell myself to do the first 5 minutes, usually I end up doing the entire workout if I just stick on my workout clothes. Even my daughter was making a fuss, but at the end she joined in the fun and I was able to go to bed guilt free!
