The real gold diggers are the men who expect you to take care of them, their parents, clean their house, wash and iron their clothes, give birth to their children and take care of them, manage their emotions, and on top of that, go to work and contribute 50/50 to the expenses.
Im on YouTube and I see a short where a nurse talks about "ice diapers" for post partum care.... idk yall maybe I'm overreacting but something about an ice diaper rather than actual care just pisses me the fuck off. The mechanical, production-focused vibe I get from the OBGYN field is overwhelming and I'm tired of acting like I don't feel it. How embarrassing that you get sent home with a diaper like you're an infant rather than a comfortable pair of underwear. Like I've seen underwear made for post partum use. How embarrassing that the care for the post partum body is so miniscule they send you out and act like nothing happened? They dont talk about pelvic floor exercise, they don't talk about how to breastfeed, they dont teach the father for the life of him how to help, they dont give you meds, they don't do shit but send you home with a giant diaper and tell you to ice an open wound. And the way the nurses and doctors in this field act too is so creepy to me. Rip open your vagina and they'll put their hands in there and feel around, treat your ripped body like it's a cardboard amazon box that they got their item out of already, turn around and infantilize you with the "new mama" shit, then act like the ordeal is done and over. Shit like this reminds me every day why I'll never allow a chance for myself to go through pregnancy. Be near the brink of death due to neglect while people pat me on the head and call me a good girl and then send me home wearing pantaloon-esque diapers.
Maybe an ice diaper helps, and yknow what I'd be ecstatic if that was a miniscule tip on how to comfort the injured body even more, but the fact that they throw together some trashy shit and call it a day then beg on their knees for women to give birth over and over again makes me go CRAZYYYYYYYYY
Because we are not considered as humans in the eyes of modern medicine, and by extension, in the eyes of medicine practitioners. That's why our comfort is not important and there's no place for our dignity in medicine. How many times women's issues are ignored unless we explicitly state we want to get pregnant, and we are denied treatment because we might get pregnant? The woman who gave birth is not worth the time of doctors and nurses anymore, we are basically a medical waste to them. The woman who gave birth is only maintained enough to take care of her newborn and serve her husband, our humanity and health is an inconvenience.
That quote about the women’s healthcare system being nothing more than “baby factory maintenance”. Can’t remember who said it but still 🤷🏼♀️
Domesticated animals and livestock get more compassionate healthcare in America than human women
I can get noy expecting any kind of thing from the medical field but no we do get nurses who coach you in breastfeeding immediately after birth and they will explain helpful things like skin to skin contact. Also. The bleeding thing does last a while if I remember correctly it lasts about a month and a half and youre just losing blood you don't need to be in the hospital getting care for that. I haven't heard of ice diapers but some people would probably like them and it's not embarrassing you're taking care of your body so yes we get mistreated in hospitals sometimes but I'm just saying i dont think what youre saying is really correct
Skin to skin contact is not physical care for post partum bodies. That's a bonding experience for PARENTS and their baby. Breastfeeding isn't the only way to feed a baby either, it's painful. This isn't about emotions, the OBGYN field needs to focus on the physical wellbeing of women. Im not saying you need to be in the hospital if you're bleeding, but I am saying that you need to be given more than an uncomfortable diaper. There are companies who make comfortable post partum underwear that also support the midriff. And I never said it's embarrassing to take care of yourself, quite the opposite, I said it's embarrassing yall think that's acceptable as one of the few post partum care techniques. They don't talk about wrapping the waist, they dont talk about pelvic floor exercise, they dont give you medication, they dont do shit for you. Yall are more obsessed with the facet of emotion rather than the physical injury of a female body. Get your priorities straight ffs. Saying I'm not correct but lacking the comprehensive ability to understand what I'm saying is irritating!
Ur retarded stop talking to me
the amount of women out here theorycrafting heinously pseudoscientific and delusional copes for why the men they date act like they don’t give a fuck about her makes me want to tear my hair out. i lose 6 months off my life every time i hear about “anxious attachment.” please get real
he ignores you for days at a time because he doesn’t care. he ghosts after sex because that is all he wanted from you. he strings you along but refuses an exclusive relationship because he does not want to date you. he won’t introduce you to his friends because you are not one of his friends. he doesn’t do his share of the housework because he thinks you should do it. he acts inconsiderate because he does not think about you. his words don’t match his actions because the words are lies.
postulating about his “attachment style” and his “unhealed trauma” and his “neurodivergence” and the deep conflicting reasons for his behavior is a waste of your fucking time. he acts like he doesn’t like you because he does not like you, and because he can get away with it. y’all are making up a whole different man in your head because you so badly want to believe he isn’t a womanhating parasite. you are imagining a soul in the dried up corpse of a roach. you are projecting depth and vulnerability onto a dog shit wedged in your shoe. stop giving losers the benefit of the doubt PLEASE i am on my knees like a dog BEGGING all women
Or they'll talk about his "narcissistic disorder." It's called misogyny and domestic abuse, darling. It's not a disorder. And "why do I keep attracting such men?" All men are misogynists, that's why. It has nothing to do with you. "I need to learn to spot the red flags." You need to learn to stop thinking you need a man in your life.

Hey uh don't watch My Old Ass. It's a lesbophobic nightmare.
It starts with our "lesbian" main character who is so sure of her homosexuality, she's only ever hooked up with women, been attracted to women. But then she meets this one ugly white dude and she is just over the moon for him. They even explicitly say that she'll never experience such love with anyone else in her life. It's also infected with T+ shit with bi vs. pan and label discussions. Her older self even says to her to stay away from him, but it's only because he's gonna die and she's gonna be heartbroken, making it seem like any woman warning another about a male is unreasonable. Oh, and then they also try to make you feel bad for the son and the mother even though they live the most privileged lives.
Yikes
Aubrey plaza even being in a movie titled this gave me such pick me vibes i blocked the ads pretty much when I saw them
“Most women are aware that the time they will get the most attention, gentleness, and warmth from a man is during what is called the courting stage. With marriage, their work for him begins in earnest: washing his clothes, cooking his meals, cleaning his house. Once he is married, a man’s amorous attention toward a woman quickly drops by the wayside, for he assumes she now belongs to him.
For a few months or a couple of years of kindness during courting, a woman offers a man a lifetime of domestic labor.”
- Loving To Survive by Dee L. R. Graham
“In a prostitute’s life, she is taken by surprise over and over and over and over and over again. The gang rape is punctuated by a money exchange. That’s all. That’s the only difference. But money has a magical quality, doesn’t it? You give a woman money and whatever it is that you did to her she wanted, she deserved. Now, we understand about male labor. We understand that men do things they do not like to do in order to earn a wage. When men do alienating labor in a factory we do not say that the money transforms the experience for them such that they loved it, had a good time, and in fact, aspired to nothing else. We look at the boredom, the dead-endedness; we say, surely the quality of a man’s life should be better than that.”
— Andrea Dworkin, Prostitution and Male Supremacy (via genderagnostic)
I might be wrong, but I think I remember seeing big master post about male violence statistics. Do you know where I could find that?
I did make a post about it a while ago so I'll copy the stats here (sources are at the end):
Men murder at least 137 women they know every day.
In 2017, men murdered at least 87,000 women around the world. 30,000 of the victims were their wives and girlfriends.
In the USA, men murdered 1,800 women they knew in 2016.
Mexican men murder around 5 women a day in total impunity. They murdered 16 000 mexican women in only 8 years.
In France, a man murders his wife every 2 or 3 days. That’s several thousands murdered women over the past 10 years.
Men murder prostituted women at a higher rate than any other class of women. Prostituted women (or “sex workers”) are 60 to 120 times more likely to be murdered.
In 2010, men have murdered at least 1,200 female babies. These murders go up by 20% each year.
Men have forced the termination of 25 to 50 millions female fetuses in India.
Misogyny in rural China makes 1 in 3 chinese woman kill herself. Each day, 500 chinese women kill themselves, that’s 182 500 per year and the n°1 cause of death.
Each year, men forcefully marry 14 millions of female children. That’s currently 650 millions of girls married to pedophiles.
In 2 years, men have brutally murdered 243 of their female relatives for “bringing shame” to their families.

112 to 200 millions of girls are currently missing in the world.
Men are now more numerous than women by 60 millions due to the mass murder of women and girls as well as sex selective abortion.
Men are still accusing women of witchcraft and murdering them in Asia, Africa and the Pacific Islands.
Men have harassed 86% of french women in public spaces. They have followed 43% of them home and insulted 39% of them. They sexually assaulted 40% of them in public. Similar numbers are found in Spain, the UK, the USA, Germany and Italy.
Men have sexually assaulted 49% of lesbian and bisexual women in public spaces, as well as 36% of muslim women.

Once you start noticing the passive voice being used for men's actions, you can't unsee it. In history class it was always "women weren't seen as equal human beings" or "women weren't able to own property or have jobs or get education" rather than men legally considered women their property and banned them from work, school, and property rights.
In the news it's always "girl raped in park" or "woman killed in home" which would make some sense if the perpetrator was unknown, but they often have already caught the culprit by the time the article comes out and it's always a man.
The amount of times I've seen a headline about a man murdering his entire family before killing himself being titled "man commits suicide after family is killed" with a nice little family photo of them is absolutely absurd.
Hell, just last night I saw an article titled, "3 kids killed after mom let ex-partner take them to get food." Her male ex took the kids to get food and murdered them before killing himself. Not only is the headline passive, but it also phrases it in a way that makes the mother somehow look guilty like she knew what he had planned or knew he was insane.
To top it off, people get really uncomfortable if you stop using the passive voice for this stuff. They start squirming if you straight up say "men wrote laws banning women from voting" even when that is literally what happened. BOTH men and women act this way. It's like we're all just supposed to pretend that rape, enslavement, murder, and other human rights violations against women just fell from the sky.
One of the "rules of misogyny" is that the worst thing about male violence, male flaws, male abuse and oppression against women; is that those things make men look bad. That's why this male supremacist world has implemented this passive language for men's actions; this language that indirectly speaks of their actions and even seems to blame a woman for the man's crimes if they can find an opportunity to do so.
If that insidious, passive, redirecting voice wasn't there - if instead these things were labeled directly and properly, so that it sounded like this - "Man killed girl in park", "man took his three kids to get food and killed them", "man killed woman in her home", "men banned women from owning property or having education" ... If it were like that, it would make people actually acknowledge the crimes men commit against women. It would make people actually acknowledge how rampant violent behavior is for men. It would make people hold males accountable for their own actions and tendencies; and their pathetic egos can't possibly handle that.
I made a post intentionally counteracting this passive language.
It created discomfort in some women. They tried to deal with it in different ways. Some tried to nitpick the statistics, others said I was "inspiring hatred," and then others tried to turn it into a joke: "Oh yeah, my dad totally murdered 1000 women last year."
But the majority of women were angry. Passive language robs women of their natural incline to become angry and rebel. When the perpetrator is put into light, the indignation starts to grow, and so does the desire to get justice.

It is so funny how tumblr hates when I talk about how men have used rape as a means of sexual reproduction for millennia and how women evolved a womb hostile to sperm when those things are just basic scientific facts. Ban me, terminate my blog, whatever. Those things won’t change.
Many MANY female animals have reproductive systems that are hostile to conception. I imagine it correlates strongly with how much it costs the female animal to bear and raise its young.
A baby elephant, baby gorilla, baby whale, etc all take a massive toll on the mama. They can’t afford to fuck around with inferior DNA. I know for a fact Tigers don’t.
Mother Nature does not value sperm or male lineage. They exist as a DNA randomizer even in the most advanced species.
Yeah exactly
And yet the patriarchy labelled women as "whores" neatly repackaging rape as women wanting sex w men. No wonder rape myths exist. It's all the same. Blame women for their own rape.
Getting into the habit of being skeptical when a woman is presented as just being unhinged irrational bitch for no reason and curious about what context might be hidden yields a lot of interesting information
We live in a world where men are the golden children and we are the scapegoats. Remember that every time you see those kind of accusations.

okay wait. american men said if you dont want to get pregnant, dont have sex. but now that women took their advice, they are throwing tantrums.
