as a mom of a beautiful 3month old i find myself looking in the mirror wondering when i will be able to get down to my pre-baby size., doctors say it can be up to a year!!! but with senior pictures right around the corner i realize i cant wait for it to happen, i need to make it happen. but it seems like the hardest part of my journey is getting the motivation to know im able to do it and see results! this blog is exercise ideas, motivation, and food ideas.,! new start begins NOW...🏃

my name is Jolene andI’m 5’1 and I started my journey at 215lbs and I am now 155lbs. It’s taken me over a year of starting a stopping. I never gained any weight back but I did have some weeks or even months where I wasn’t losing weight.

I have made this my new life style, and all I did was learn proportion sizes and add walking to my everyday activity. You don’t have to commit hours at the gym and eat healthy all the time (but if you want to thats awesome!) You have to make small changes and watch the chages, change you. :)
