It was new year's eve when I got a call. It was the clinic and they had just told me that my mother's test came back positive. She has COVID, what a great way to start the Year. I have no idea whyyyyyy??/ like how? this woman always take care of herself, i mean she follows every rule, you know Hispanic and there paranoia. Either way we had to cancel the get together with my tias and the Snow Trip :( . Hope it gets better than this

6am - 8am: Tremors, MS hugs, spasms, that God awful eye-rolling-to-the-back-of-your-head-until-your-temple-veins-are-throbbing, crying (tears, NOT sobbing 😉) 8:30am - this post: I started with meditation for the first time ever. The morning health issues elevated my need to calm TF down. I medicated, then meditated, THEN did my challenges. How do I feel now? Frigging terrible BUT that is infinitely better than where I started. I cancelled all driving appointments bc I KNOW I shouldn't be behind a wheel.
