Alessandra Aita Art !
Bryony Rose Jennings’ fabric ‘beasties’.
Bryony builds these characters from stitched scraps, pattern, texture and a LOT of imagination. They’re a reminder that textile art can be playful, characterful and a little bit wild.
Happy International Panic Day!
International Panic Day is an annual mock holiday observed every June 18 that serves as a playful yet meaningful gateway to addressing mental health, daily burnout, and anxiety disorders.
It operates on a paradox: you can either use the day as a humorous excuse to openly vent about all your life stressors, or do the exact opposite by treating it as a mandatory invitation to slow down, practice self-care, and learn how to manage stress.
