The time has finally arrived! Here to announce the prompts for my 2k followers celebration event, as chosen by y’all via your votes (thank you to every single person who took the time to vote!), here are the top 4 most popular choices:

Day 1: Beach

To reiterate: On these selected days, anyone can post any kind of content they want. Whether it be fics, graphics, edits, art, gifs, poetry, comics, music, videos, photoshop, etc. You name it, it’s allowed. Any kind of content you want to create is acceptable. There’s no pressure to do all the days. Pick and choose or do all of them, whichever y’all want. There’s no limits on how short or long the content has to be-just be free and have fun!

The main ship for this event will be destiel. But the reason I have this as a spn content event is because I want to open it up to other aspects of the fandom to highlight as many content creators as possible. If you want to create general spn content, that’s perfect. If you want to write het or gay ships, that’s awesome. I’ll also be participating alongside y’all and will write/post fics for the 4 days.

If you decide to participate in this event, please @ me in your post and use my personal tag #dailydestieldelights as one of the first 5 tags on your post so that I can see it and share it. um, so, [laughs] i got your message! let’s go through it

uh, so, do you think there was any bi interpretation, like when dean tells garth he’s so strong? i do not, that has never occurred to me - um, and i would be on the lookout for that, since i am a gay guy. um, but no, there was just love, and begrudging mutual respect on dean’s part for me, but i think that dean really loves garth, and garth certainly loves dean. um, but no, i don’t think there was anything going on, uh, behind the motel, that they were at in that first episode.

um, when he did the dance, was there any deeper meaning? it was [laughs] again, no, it was just what it was, it was a great fantasy, um, i mean that’s what supernatural does, i mean, they had an episode of scooby doo. supernatural uh sort of loves to turn things on their ear and uh [stammering] create that fantasy sequence.

it was hard to learn by the way! i’m not a dancer. uh, jensen used to be a cheerleader. um, so he is used to that kind of choreographed stuff and i’m not and it was really hard for me to learn, and i was freaking out during most of it. but no, sadly, i don’t want to disappoint you if that’s what you’re thinking, there - i don’t think there was anything behind any of that.

um, here’s what i do think: i think that you can have romantic-type feelings for people that you are in platonic relationships with. it doesn’t mean they’re actionable, but i think you can fall in different types of love with different people. um, but, i don’t think - if you’re asking me if i think dean wanted to - to get it on with garth, i don’t think so, because a lot of time that kind of love when it presents itself, it isn’t physical. it’s romantic love that’s emotional.

so, that’s what i think about that. um, i think was maybe some stuff going on, like some little subtext, with dean and another character, but i’m not gonna get into that >:)
