Her eyes moved back up to her current company sitting across the table, smiling at her fellow jadeblood.
“ I Sincerely Appreciate This Porrim. Pleasant Company Is A Luxury That I Find Quite Rare In This Place. “ Taking her mug, Kanaya ended her compliment with a sip of tea. She was quick to gather what this city was like with a few days of asking around. This was more or less a series of biomes, of which they were the experiments. Rather straight forward, but still as creepy as anything like that would sound.

┤♀├ Getting to spend more time with her dancestor in any place was always a pleasure she’d never pass up. Now that she was here without a multitude of other ghosts or her friends, she sincerely needed to keep touch with those she actually cared about. Not to mention it would keep the rumour mill quite thoroughly greased, as it ended up at a frustrating stand still when she wasn’t listening in on others.
The jadeblood just crosses her legs over, smiling back at her dancestor. “All the mo+re reaso+n to+ keep tho+se that are pleasant aro+und. I’m always available, no+w mo+re than ever.” She begins with a sincere statement and offer to be there for the other troll but it ends in a dry, sarcastic joke, somewhat cynical toward their current whereabouts.
“I can truly say I have...adapted. That’s it. Do+ I particularly enjo+y being experimented o+n? No+. Tho+ugh I suppo+se the sudden bursts of city wide disco+urse + the immense po+tential fo+r go+ssip here is keeping me amused. I believe I have missed quite a bit recently, ho+wever. In summation, I suppo+se it’s fine but I do+ miss my friends. And what abo+ut yo+u? Have yo+u been here lo+ng?”
