so I guess all (if not all, most o) the leaks are true which is quite surprising. The weirdest is that Steve is back and his first fit is all black t-shirt and jeans. Like no, get this man a wardrobe ASAP it is not giving icon. where is your spandex?? I don’t think he should be coming back in the first place after his send off many years ago and with Sam becoming the new Captain America. I’m not really sure what his role could be in this movie— but if anything I hope it involves Bucky (seeing your best bud who came back after being an old man and probably died).

Overall I don’t like the choice of main characters that are seemingly revealed in the trailer. Doctor Doom is a Fantastic Four villain predominantly and so I hope they are an important role in this movie compared to Steve and Thor who have had their share of focus (although I like the change to make Thor more serious again and it makes sense for him to rally the new heroes as an ‘old/original’ hero’. I’ll be waiting to see why RDJ was cast as Doctor Doom. As much as I love Tony Stark, his arc is over and I’d much rather we make room for new characters independent to the old ones than do a variant or otherwise origin. There are a LOT of characters (F4, thunderbolts, xmen, wakanda, Sam’s avengers and Steve… etc) and so I hope the film handles them all well instead of giving attention to older characters.

Also these jackets are either extremely hit or extremely miss. I haven’t decided yet. It just doesn’t look a part of their costume and just doesn’t match the vibe which is probably the point somewhat to show a change from their usual. at least someone give Ben a jacket. Poor guy. Or maybe don’t, he looks better without it.

thank you 4 the Johnny and Sue crumbs. my head tells me this scene has something to do with Franklin as Sue looks devastated but my heart goes to the paranoia of the sibling curse. I haven’t forgotten the Johnny dying sprinkles in First Steps, OKAY? Future Foundation is a trigger word. And you’ve already faked out Sue’s death once you wouldn’t try again. WOULD YOU?
