You should never regret anything that you did in your life. Mistakes and regrets often shape us into becoming the person we are. It may be something that you look back on and wish you had not done, but at one point it was exactly what you wanted to do or felt you had to do. We should never judge anyone on their past, because as the saying goes “they don’t live there anymore”. The only regrets I try to have in my life are the chances and the risks I did not take. Live for the moment, don’t overthink.....

We often struggle with acceptance because we want for things to go a certain way and when they don’t, we aren’t happy about it. Accepting does not mean that you agree with the outcome or that you’ve given up, it means that you are taking things for what they really are, not letting it affect your life in a negative way, and moving forward. We can’t control people or certain situations, but we constantly stress about them. Acceptance can be hard but can be the first step in the right direction toward living a happier and more peaceful life. Let it be and I promise you will feel so much more at ease...

I want to be a priority not an option. I want attention that's consistent, not just when it's convenient. I don't want fake love, I need real love. I want to be heard and not just listened to. I want for my feelings to be addressed and not dismissed. I don't want anything sugarcoated, I want honesty at all times. Don't try to spare my feelings, just keep it real. I don't want just the physical, I want the mental and emotional. I want to be irreplaceable and not just someone to settle for. I want something permanent, not temporary. I don't want half of anything, I want it all. I don't want to be the first choice, I want to be the only choice. I want time, not money. I want loyalty, respect, support, and unserstanding. & so much more...

Today has been rough thus far. Some days are easier than others, but on this particular day I feel the daggers in my heart and I am fighting back the tears. I still can’t understand why things are the way that they are, but I know that the only way for me to find peace is to accept it, no matter what or how long it takes. I hate that I love you, but even more so I hate that you don’t love me...
