FN is possible for him, but his styling suggests SD. the N family disney men are more rugged, primal archetypes like tarzan or the beast, while SD men like frozen's hans or naveen are polished royals with sharper corners in their garments, hinting at the Dramatic type.

SD types in fiction, especially the antagonist, will come with the typical black and white contrast - or similar harsh color blocks - of the pure dramatic, no matter their yin attributes. esdeath, typical anime example - she is the archetypal giant dramatic type sadist and the romantic type obsessive lover in one, thus SD. cruel and sexy/soft. (long dramatic legs and tiny waist again)

however, her love interest is predictably gamine, think luffy and boa, she's twice his height and tatsumi's body is more angular. speaks to how female SD and male R is rare as a hetero pairing: the female character seems to always need more yin than the guy. hence male yang gamines are paired with fem SDs who both terrorize yet vulnerably love them as not to upset perceptions and societal roles.

the SD-R pairings in manga/webtoons tend to be more obscure romance genres with ridiculously exaggerated height differences. grand duke of the north would be a korean webtoon i stumbled across that shows a SD - TR pair, which couldn't be any more "yin with yang, yang with yin" in style. bnw for him, pastels for her, the typical coding for D x R. unsurprisingly, he's a royal again 😂

it may look stereotypically gendered, but it's not as frequent a lineup! probably because:

the artist has a consistent style, drawing mostly straight lines for instance will usually result in gamine + dramatic couples. while a rounded line enthusiast winds up with natural and romantic.

the artists or casting directors cowardly don't want to show the man with feminine yin characteristics or have no clue how to dress him. add the very narrowly defined typecasting effect, SD = royal, god, alien, prince. he has so much power, he can show a little yin without it detracting from his masculine power or look. in any other societal position, this would not work. male SDs are period genre actors or confined to villains, sometimes superheroes.

SDs are not as present in the overall population compared to romantics, gamines, and naturals. for men, i see pure D, SN, DC, SG, and especially FN more frequently on the street.

as for my personal opinion, i think SD and R/TR are quite possibly the most lavish kibbe combo that i can think of. sometimes, jimin and jin are dressed according to their types like that, and you can see how SD's vertical stands out, but both have yin facial features. centuries ago, this was basically a french upper class beauty standard, it totally flipped since then. i still love talking about yin characteristics and yin fashion on men 😊
