This easy slow cooker recipe makes tender chicken breasts cooked in a tasty gravy. It's great for busy weeknights or whenever you want a hearty meal.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 packets dry chicken gravy mix. 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1 3/4 cups water. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, water, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender. Shred chicken with two forks and stir well into the gravy. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or with your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients: 1 beef chuck roast 3-4 lbs. 1 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 bay leaves. 1 onion, sliced. 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks optional for low-carb, omit or substitute with low-carb vegetables.
Instructions: Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, soy sauce or coconut aminos, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. Pour the mixture over the roast in the crockpot. Add bay leaves, sliced onions, and carrots if using. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the roast is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Once cooked, remove the bay leaves and discard. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices in the crockpot for extra flavor. Serve the low-carb crockpot roast with your favorite side dishes or enjoy it on its own. Delight in this savory and satisfying low-carb dish!

The smooth coconut milk, hot sriracha, and sour lime juice all work together to make a tasty mix of sweet, spicy, and sour tastes. This dish is great for a quick and easy dinner during the week.
Ingredients: 8 oz rice noodles. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 inch ginger, grated. 1 cup coconut milk. 2 cups vegetable broth. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp sriracha sauce. 1 lime, juiced. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion, saut until slightly softened. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute. Pour in coconut milk, vegetable broth, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir well to combine. Add rice noodles to the pot, gently pushing them down into the liquid. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it cook for about 8-10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Once noodles are cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and peanuts.

This sweet Chocolate Waffle Pop with Sprinkles is a tasty treat that both kids and adults will enjoy. This is a great breakfast or dessert choice.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Sprinkles. Waffle pop sticks.
Instructions: Warm up your waffle iron and grease it a little. Put the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until they are just mixed. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Place the waffle batter on a waffle iron that has already been heated. Add a waffle pop stick to each waffle before closing the lid. Follow the directions on your waffle iron to cook the waffles until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through. Take the waffle pops out of the iron carefully and let them cool down a bit. Put your favorite sprinkles on the waffle pops while they are still warm so they stick to the chocolate. Have fun with your tasty Chocolate Waffle Pops with Sprinkles.

A tasty new take on the classic Cobb salad is these Cobb Salad Sandwiches. They are a filling and healthy meal because they are made with tasty ingredients and served between whole wheat bread slices. It's great for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/2 cup hard-boiled eggs, chopped. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup avocado, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 4 slices of whole wheat bread. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Lettuce leaves for sandwich filling. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Chop the hard-boiled eggs, dice the chicken, put the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes in halves, blue cheese, dice the avocado, and chop the red onion very small. Pour the ranch dressing over the salad ingredients and mix everything together. Add pepper and salt to taste. Make sure the whole wheat bread slices are just barely browned and crispy. Two toasted slices of bread should be used as the base for the sandwich. Place lettuce leaves on top of them. Place the ready Cobb salad mix on top of the bread slices that are covered in lettuce. Add the last few toasted bread slices to the top of each sandwich to make a sandwich. Use toothpicks to hold the sandwiches together or wrap them in parchment paper to make them easier to handle. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve right away.

Mexican Tomato Sauce, or ranchero sauce, is a flavorful and adaptable sauce that goes well with many different Mexican dishes. It enhances the flavor of your favorite tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and even tortilla chip dip with a spicy and tangy kick.
Ingredients: 2 cups diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 jalapeo pepper, diced remove seeds for milder sauce. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and saut until fragrant and softened. Add the chopped tomatoes, dried oregano, cumin, paprika, jalapeo pepper, and cumin. Simmer until the sauce thickens, stirring now and then, for 15 to 20 minutes. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Take off the heat and add the fresh cilantro. Let the ranchero sauce cool before putting it in the fridge in an airtight container.

Ingredients: 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 large onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chicken broth. 1 cup water. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 cup butter. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. 2 cups milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. Chopped green onions, for garnish.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine diced potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, water, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbly. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Pour the milk mixture into the slow cooker and stir to combine with the potato mixture. Using a potato masher, mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and additional shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
